Client charged with two (2) 1st degree felonies of Possession with Intent to Deliver/Manufacture a Controlled Substance. Range of punishment from 5 yrs to Life in prison.
Client was arrested for the possession of 2 different types of drugs and in possession of a pistol. The client was out on bond for 2 other pending felony 1st and 2nd degree charges in a different county.
Reached a plea agreement to have one felony charge dismissed and for the other charge, 6 months deferred adjudication probation.
Client will be eligible for a Non-Disclosure of both charges once probation is successfully completed.
