Client was charged with intentionally or knowingly discharging of a waste or pollutant, namely OIL, into or adjacent to water in the State, a 3rd degree felony, punishable by 2 to 10 years in a state prison and/or a fine up to $10,000.
Client paid for professional cleaning for damaged caused and case was dismissed.
