Resisting Arrest and Detention

Client was charged with Resisting Arrest and Detention, a misdemeanor punishable with a $4000 fine and up to 1 year in jail. Client was accused of not paying his bill at a motel, the police were called and our client refused to open the door as instructed. The owner of the motel gave the police permission to kick in the door. Our client was tased and arrested. Case was dismissed and client is immediately eligible for expunction.
