Client on Deferred Adjudication (DADJ) Probation for Possession of Marijuana and leaving the scene of an accident causing severe bodily injury where victim was life-flighted.
A Motion to Adjudicate (MTA) was filed because our client tested positive four (4) times for marijuana.
Agreement reached to leave our client on DADJ with out any extensions or other consequences.
