Client was on Parole for Intoxication Assault and absconded in addition to failure to register as a sex offender. Client's failure to register was enhanced from a 3rd degree felony to a 2nd degree felony with a punishment range of 2-20 years in prison.
Client reached plea agreement of the minimum sentence, 2 yrs in TDCJ, and it will run concurrent to the 2 years remaining of his parole.
