Possession of Controlled Substance (MTA) & Driving While Intoxicated

Client was on probation for Possession of Controlled Substance (POCS), failed to report for 8 months  and picked up a new charge of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI). The probation officer filed a Motion to Adjudicate (MTA).

-The new case was dismissed and Probation was reinstated.
